ClaimPigeon provides software tools designed to help insurance agencies streamline claims intake processes. Our platform facilitates document collection, organization, and workflow automation for claim submissions.

Important: ClaimPigeon does not provide insurance, legal, or professional advice. We are a software service provider focused solely on intake automation and document management.

Agency Responsibility

Agencies using ClaimPigeon remain fully responsible for all aspects of claims handling, including but not limited to:

  • Compliance with applicable insurance regulations and requirements
  • All communications with clients, carriers, and other parties
  • Accuracy and completeness of claim information
  • Data security and privacy obligations specific to their operations
  • Professional standards and ethical requirements

Use of the Service

ClaimPigeon is provided "as is" and "as available" for your use. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

You agree to use ClaimPigeon in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimPigeon's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of our service shall not exceed the total fees paid to ClaimPigeon by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

ClaimPigeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the theory of liability.

Termination

Either party may terminate access to ClaimPigeon at any time. Upon termination, your right to access and use the service will cease.
Where reasonably practicable, ClaimPigeon may provide advance notice of termination and allow limited access to retrieve data, subject to our then-current policies.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Privacy Policy
